γ-氨基丁酸·黄芪多糖复方对肉雏鸡生长及免疫性能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]研究γ-氨基丁酸和黄芪多糖联合施用对肉雏鸡生长和免疫作用的影响。[方法]选用200只健康肉三黄鸡雏鸡,随机分为复方Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和黄芪多糖及空白对照5个处理组,试验为期42 d,观察γ-氨基丁酸和黄芪多糖复方对三黄鸡雏鸡的生长性能及免疫功能的影响。[结果]基础日粮中添加复方3组均能不同程度地提高雏鸡总增重和平均日增重,降低料肉比,与对照组相比差异显著;复方3组和黄芪多糖组在首免后第14天的ND抗体效价与空白对照组相比差异显著,二免后第7、14天差异极显著;T淋巴细胞转化试验显示,复方3组和黄芪多糖组对4周龄雏鸡细胞免疫功能有增强作用,与空白对照组相比差异显著。[结论]γ-氨基丁酸和黄芪多糖共同添加对于改善和提高肉雏鸡的生长和免疫性能有良好的促进作用。 [ Objective ] The effects of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) and astragatus polysaccharin(APS) on the growth performance and immune function of broilers was studied. [ Method ] 200 Sanhuang chicks were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates (8 chicks per replicate), which were treated with the different diets added with Compound I , Ⅱ,Ⅲ and astragalus polysaccharides and nothing( as control group), and the experiment lasted 42 days. [ Results] The results showed that the group added with Compound III had distinct ability in the increment of total body weight and average daily body weight ( P 〈0.05), the reduction of the ratio of the body weight to feed, which differences were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) . The new-castle disease antibody titer of the group added with Compound III and APS in the lgth day after first immunization was higher than that of control group( P 〈0.05 ) , respectively and in the 7th and 14th day after the second immunization was significantly higher than that of control groups, respectively. The experiment in the T lymphocyte transformation showed that the cell immunity function of the chickens of d-week-old in the group added with Compound III and APS could be significantly strengthened compared with the control group. [ Conclusion] The experimental results indicated that GABA synergy with APS had a better role in promoting the immune and growth performance of broilers .
