摘要
目的观察氯沙坦联合双氢克尿噻治疗原发性高血压的疗效及安全性。方法40例原发性高血压患者，每天服氯沙坦50mg、双氢克尿噻12．5mg，观察降压疗效和对实验室检验结果的影响，在治疗2、4、8周末记录血压、心率及不良反应情况。结果治疗8周后血压明显下降（P〈0．01），总有效率90％。治疗前后心率，肝、肾功能，血脂，血糖，血尿酸，电解质等均无明显变化（P〉0．05）。结论氯沙坦联合双氢克尿噻治疗原发性高血压具有疗效好、不良反应少的优点。
Objective To evaluate the effects and safety of losartan and hydrochlorothiazide combination in treating essential hypertension. Methods Forty patients received losartan 50 mg and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg once a day. Blood pressure and laboratory indexes were measured to evaluate its effect and safety. At the end of 2,4, 8 weeks after treatment, blood pressure, heart rate（HR） and adverse reaction were recorded. Results Blood pressure decreased significantly after 8 weeks treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. The total effective rates were 90%. There was no change in heart rate, liver and renal function, blood potassium, sodium, chlorine, blood lipid, blood glucose and blood uric acid before and after treatment （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Losartan combined with hydroehlorothiazide is effective in the treatment of essential hypertension with less side effect.
