摘要
研究了强流脉冲电子束处理对纯钛腐蚀性能的影响。结果显示,经过电子束表面处理后,纯钛的耐腐蚀性能明显提高;同时,随脉冲次数的增加,表面的显微硬度也相应提高。利用光学显微镜和X射线衍射仪分析发现,处理样品表面出现了典型的熔坑形貌;原始样品的择优取向逐渐趋于离散。
The influence of high current pulsed electron beam treatment on the corrosion resistance of pure Ti was investigated. The results show that the corrosion resistance improves significantly after treatment. Meantime, with the number of pulses increasing, the surface rnicrohardness improves compared with the original sample. Through OM and XRD analysis, the morphologies on the surface of the treated sample were observed, the preferred orientation of the original sample becomes more and more discrete.
