摘要
研究了淬火温度对Q&P钢微观组织和力学性能的影响,并通过经验公式及CCE平衡的计算,确定出理论的最佳淬火温度,并与实验结果相对比。结果表明,随淬火温度升高马氏体量降低、奥氏体量升高,使得钢的强度降低,塑性升高,在250℃时能取得较好的强塑积,与计算值较为吻合。
The effects of quenching temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of the Q&P steel were researched. And through experience formula and calculating the balance of CCE, the best quenching temperature was determined, and compared with the experimental results. The results show that: with the increase of quenching temperature, martensite volume reduces, and austenitic volume increases, the strength of steel decreases, the plastic increases. An excellent strength and ductility quenched at 250℃ is obtained, which is identicalwith the calculated values.
