摘要
目的:考察中学生知觉到的教师领导行为与其自我概念的关系。方法:使用教师领导行为问卷、田纳西自我概念量表对494名中学生进行问卷调查。结果:①教师民主行为与学生自我概念正性因子及总分呈正相关,与自我批评因子呈负相关;教师权威行为、放任行为及期望差距与学生自我概念的相关模式与教师民主行为相反;②教师民主行为对学生自我概念总分有正向预测作用;③在民主型领导模式下,学生的自我概念更为积极,在权威型与放任型领导模式下,学生的自我概念水平没有明显差异。结论:教师领导行为对中学生自我概念有一定影响。
Objective: To explore the relationship between middle-school student's perceived teacher leadership behaviors and their self-concept. Methods: 494 middle school students were investigated by Teacher Leadership Behavior Questionnaire and Tennessee Self-Concept Scale. Results: ①eacher's democracy behavior was positively associated with positive factors of student's self-concept and negatively related to student's self criticism; while teacher's authoritarian behavior, laissez-faire behavior, and expected difference were negatively associated with positive factors and positively related to self criticism; ②Teacher's democracy behavior could positively predict total score of students' self-concept; ③Students' self-concept under the pattern of democracy leadership was more active than those under the pattern of authoritarian and laissez-faire leadership. Conclusion : Teacher leadership behaviors has some influence on self-concept of middle-school students.
