摘要
目的:编制高校辅导员工作效能感问卷。方法:根据文献分析、深度访谈、核心工作任务分析和问卷初测编制了辅导员工作效能感问卷。结果:探索性因素分析确定问卷含组织指导、知行导引、资源协调和情绪调控效能信念四个因素,解释总变异的54.92%。全问卷的内部一致性系数为0.92,在男女样本中分别为0.93和0.91。验证性因素分析表明问卷的四因素模型各项参数(RMSEA=0.066,NFI=0.96,NNFI=0.97,CFI=0.97,GFI=0.88)均达到可以接受的水平,问卷四因素模型在男女两组具有不变的结构。四个维度及总问卷与一般自我效能感有显著正相关。结论:该问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可以施测于高校辅导员并用来进行不同群体间的比较。
Objective: To develop a questionnaire on counselors' job self-efficacy. Methods: A questionnaire on counselors' job self-efficacy was developed based on theoretical analysis, profound interviews, core-task analysis and questionnaire survey. Results: Exploratory factor analysis of the items indicated that the questionnaire consisted of four factors: organization and guidance, ideological education, resource coordination, and self-efficacy of emotional adjustment, which explained 54.92% of the total variance. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the whole questionnaire was 0.92, 0.93 in male sample and 0.91 in female sample respectively. In the confirmatory factor analysis of the four factor model, fit statistics (RMSEA=0.066, NFI=0.96, NNFI=0.97, CFI=0.97, GFI=0.88) for the model well explained the observed relationship. The psychological structure of the four factor model in different groups of sex was identical. The four dimensions and the total scale had significantly positive correlations with GSES. Conclusion: The results indicate the questionnaire on counselors' job self-efficacy with eligible psychometric quality is applicable to measuring counselors' job self-efficacy and conducting comparison within different groups.
