摘要
[目的]找出玉米合理栽培密度时的光合截获率,也为其他糯玉米栽培密度提供参考。[方法]通过田间试验,研究了不同密度方式下天农糯5号玉米叶片的光合特性、荧光参数及产量性状。[结果]试验表明,天农糯5号玉米在密度为6.00万株/hm2左右时,就整个群体光合作用而言,此密度有利于提高玉米叶片的光合速率(Pn)、表观量子效率(ε)、原初光化学效率Fv/Fm、PSⅡ的有效量子产量ΦPSⅡ、荧光化学猝灭系数qP,降低了叶片呼吸速率(Rd)和荧光非化学猝灭系数NPQ。在6.00万株/hm2左右的密度时,能使天农糯5号玉米获得较高的一级果穗率。[结论]不同密度对糯玉米光合特性、叶绿素荧光参数及产量性状的影响的研究,对玉米栽培提供很好的指导意义,群体光能截获率与产量呈一定的正比例关系。
[Objective] The reference for reasonable planting density of waxy maize was provided through the research on its leaf photosynthetic parameter. [Method] The photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll fluorescence parameter and yield of waxy maize Tiannonglou No. 5 under the diferent planting densities were researched throught the field experiment. [Result] The experimental result indicated that the planting density of 6.00×10^4 plants/hm^2 was beneficial to the improvement of Pn, ε, Fv/Fm, φPSⅡ and qP; and reduction of Rd and NPQ. And the ratio of maize kernel at higher level was observed. [Conclusion] It was significant to study the planting density affecting the photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll fluorescence parameter and yield of waxy maize and there was positive relationship between the photosynthetic characteristics of the population and maize yield.
