摘要 以移相脉宽调制电路和锁相环电路为基础,设计了一种新的电压源供电的串联感应加热负载的PLL-PSM混合控制电路。实验显示其能让逆变器工作在负载固有谐振频率处,同时逆变器能实现输出功率桥内调节。该电路简化了感应加热电源的拓扑结构,对负载具有好的自适应性。 A novel hybrid control scheme based on phase-locked loop (PLL) and phase-shifted PWM (PSM) circuit is designed, which is applied to the series resonance induction heating fed by voltage source. The experimental results show that the inverter can operate in the point of the load' s inherent resonant frequency, at the same time the output power can be regulated within the inverter. It is simplified the topology of the induction heating power supply with good load-adaptive.
