摘要 为了满足江苏省环保厅对印染废水处理提标的要求,研究了臭氧/生物滤池组合工艺处理印染废水的效果。在小试和中试的基础上,提出了针对苏州某印染企业废水的深度处理工艺及其参数,并对工程实施后的运行情况进行了考察。结果表明,处理后的出水水质能达到《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》(DB32/1072—2007)的要求,其中COD<60mg/L,且具有运行费用低、污泥产量小等优点。 The combined process of ozone and biofilter was used to treat effluent of printing and dyeing wastewater in an effort to satisfy the wastewater discharge standards set by the Jiangsu Environmental Protection Department. Based on the small and pilot study, the technology and operation parameters intended for advanced treatment of wastewater from a printing and dyeing enterprise in Suzhou City were proposed. The operation situation after the project implementation was investigated. The effluent quality obtained through the combined process meets the Discharge Standard of Main Water Pollutants for Munici- pal Wastewater Treatment Plant and Key Industries of Taihu Area ( DB 32/1072 - 2007 ). In the results, the effluent COD is lower than 60 mg/L. This combined process has the advantages of low operation cost, small sludge production and so on.
