摘要
介绍了一种基于STC89C52单片机的棉花打顶机高度自动控制系统。同时,分析了3MD-12型滚筒式棉花打顶机的工作原理,针对控制系统的要求,设计了打顶高度自动检测装置。在棉花打顶机上应用该控制系统,可以使打顶机按照作物高度的变化自动调节打顶高度。
The paper developed an automatic height control system for Cotton＇s Top Cuter based on a MCSSTC89C52. The Principle of 3MD- 12 -type cotton′s top cuter was analyzed, an automatic measuring unit of crop and cuter height was designed. This auto - control system can make cotton′s top cuter move in crop track, alleviate operator labor burden and improve work efficiency.
