摘要
采用立焊条件下的高速摄影装置,拍摄了纤维素型焊条的熔滴过渡形态。通过观察、分析,确定TiO2-SiO2-MgO渣系纤维素型焊条熔滴基本过渡类型为喷射过渡,同时还对影响焊条熔滴过渡形态的因素进行了探讨。
In this paper, the metal transfer form of cellulosic electrode was photographed by using highspeed photographic device at vertical down position welding.After viewing and analyzing,it comes to the conclusion that the essential metal transfer form of TiO2SiO2MgO slag system cellulosic electrode is spray transfer.And the factors that affect the metal transfer form of cellulosic electrode are studied.
