摘要
采用XRD、SEM和电性能测试等手段,研究了Ni0.66Mn2.34-xCoxO4(0<x<2.00)系列NTC热敏陶瓷的相结构和电性能参数与Co掺入量的关系。结果表明:当0<x<1.00时,形成尖晶石固溶体,ρ25和B值均随着Co掺入量的增加而降低;1.00<x<2.00时,尖晶石相和Co1-xNixO岩盐相共存,ρ25出现波动,B值则先急剧增加随后基本保持不变。尤其在1.60<x<2.00时,此陶瓷具有较低ρ25(600Ω·cm)和较高B值(4220K)。
Ni0.66Mn2.34-xCoxO4 (0〈x〈2.00) series NTC thermistor ceramics were studied using XRD, SEM and electric property measurement, especially focusing on the variation of phase structure and electric parameters with Co-doped amount. The results show that in the range of 0〈x〈1.00, spinel solid solutions were formed, resistivity at 25℃ and B value decrease with increasing Co-doped amount; in the range of 1.00〈x〈2.00, CO1-xNixO rock salt phase appears and coexists with spinel phase, resistivity at 25℃ fluctuates and B value first increases sharply and then keep constant. Especially in the range of 1.60〈x〈2.00, the ceramics have a lower resistivity at 25℃ (600 Ω·cm) and a larger B value (4 220 K).
