摘要
以TiO2[0]为前驱体,采用热压烧结工艺,高温原位合成AlN-C-TiC复相材料。通过矢量网络分析仪、SEM和XRD等测试手段,研究了添加剂TiO2对AlN-C复相材料密度、热导率、电阻率、微波衰减特性和显微结构的影响。结果表明,添加TiO2后有新相TiC生成,热导率降低,改善了材料的衰减性能。通过调整参数,使得该复相材料在w(TiO2)为3%时,微波衰减达到-0.8dB。
AIN-C-TiC composites possessing excellent microwave attenuation characteristics were prepared by hot-pressing sintering process using TiO2 as precursor. The effect of adding TiO2 on the microwave attenuation characteristics and the microstructure etc. of AIN-C-TiC composite materials were investigated by network analyzer, SEM and XRD etc. The results show that after adding TiO2, a new phase TiC is synthesized in-situ in AIN-C composite and it can reduce heat conductivity, improves attenuation characteristics of AIN-C composites, microwave attenuation reaches - 0.8 dB with 3% of w(TiO2).
