摘要
农业综合开发是目前中国政府支持和保护农业的战略性措施,是社会主义新农村建设的重要保证。笔者对农业综合开发在社会主义新农村建设中的作用,以及完善农业综合开发的措施进行了探讨。
The comprehensive agricultural development is the Chinese government to support and protect agriculture and the strategic measures, the construction of new socialist countryside is an important guarantee. In this paper, comprehensive agricultural development in the new socialist countryside construction, as well as to improve comprehensive agricultural development measures are discussed.
