摘要
随着计算机技术、网络通讯技术的发展,人类社会已进入到信息化、网络化时代,网络技术已经渗透到各行业、各领域。档案信息资源开发作为体现档案工作价值、实现档案工作目的的重要方式,也被置于网络环境下,由于多媒体技术具有较强的直观性、信息量大、易于接受和传播迅速等特点,使其得以在档案领域中大量运用并得到不断扩展。在对多媒体技术与档案管理信息化建设中的应用问题进行分析的基础上,系统阐述了在档案信息处理中运用多媒体技术应注意知识产权问题、实施规范性原则、并建立健全档案信息安全保障体系。目的在于通过这种分析,促进推广实现多媒体档案管理的可能,谋求档案事业的进一步发展,开创档案事业的新局面。

Information Resources Development files show the file as the value of the work to achieve the purpose of an important file in a way which was placed under the network environment. As the multimedia technology has a strong intuitive and informative, easy to accept and the characteristics of the rapid dissemination to the field in a large number of files to use find expand. In this paper, multi - media technology and file management information of the application of construction were analyzed, system on which the multimedia information in the ides of the construction of meaning and information processing in the file to use multimedia technology should pay attention to specific issues. The purposes of this analysis will promote the management of multimedia files possible, seek the cause of the further development of the file, and create a file cause.
