摘要
本文针对卷烟端部落丝量不合格时烟丝含末率较高的问题,对卷烟端部落丝量的影响因素进行相关性分析,进而找到有效降低卷烟端部落丝量的途径和方法。结果表明随着卷烟含末率的不断加大卷烟端部落丝量有不断加大的趋势,通过适度降低成品烟丝含末率可使卷烟端部落丝量得以有效控制。
According to the problem that the dust content of cut tobacco were relatively high when the content of loss of tobacco from the ends were disqualification, the influencing factors of the content of loss of tobacco from the ends were analyzed correlativity, then the ways and methods to decrease the content of loss of tobacco from the ends were found. The results showed that with the dust content of cut tobacco were increasing continuously, the tendency that the content of loss of tobacco from the ends trended to increase. It could effectively control the content of loss of tobacco from the ends by reducing the dust content of cigarette moderately.
