摘要
目的为提高冬虫夏草寄主幼虫在饲养初期的成活率提供理论依据。方法研究基质、饲料和幼虫密度3因素对初孵幼虫(饲养约2个月时间)成活率的影响。结果每条初孵幼虫投放24 g基质对幼虫成活率没有影响;每条初孵幼虫投放3 g饲料的成活率显著;每条初孵幼虫的活动空间为60 cm3的成活率显著。基质和饲料不同的投喂方式研究表明,"基质混合饲料"的饲养方式不利于初孵幼虫的成活。结论不同的饲养方式对幼虫成活率影响较明显。
Objective To study the survival rate of Hepialus gonggaensis. Methods The effects of the base material, Fodder and larva on the survival rate were investigated. Results The results indicated that 24 g base material which was given to one larva had no effect to the survival rate, 3 g fodders or the room of 60 cm^3 which was given to one larva had obvious effect to the survival rate. The way of base material mixing with fodder was not beneficial to the survival rate. Conclusion Different breeding ways have obvious effect on the suruival rate of the host to the Cordyceps sinensis ( Berk. ) Sacc. during the first time of the artificial breeding.
