摘要
目的为三七花质量标准研究打下基础。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法对三七花中人参皂苷Rb1含量进行测定。结果人参皂苷Rb1含量在8 h内基本稳定;精密度RSD为0.55%,重复性RSD为4.12%,高、中、低浓度组的回收率分别为102.88%,97.87%,103.57%。结论方法学考察结果符合质量分析的要求,可用于三七花中人参皂苷Rb1含量测定。
Objective To give the foundation of quality standard of Notoginseng bud. Methods RP - HPLC was established to determine Rbl of Notoginseng bud. Results The stability time was 8h. Linearity, precision and reproducibility of the method were good. Conclusion This method accords with the analysis requirement. It can be used in determining the content of Rb1 in Notoginseng bud.
