摘要
目的探讨中药复方多糖与各单味中药多糖及其含药血清对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖的影响。方法制备各中药多糖,并分离服用各多糖后的小鼠血清,分别加入到淋巴细胞悬液中,检测小鼠淋巴细胞增殖情况。结果各多糖组和含多糖血清组均能不同程度的促进淋巴细胞增殖,其中复方多糖和含复方多糖血清组最显著。结论血清药理学方法更能真实地反映药物的药理作用;各单味中药多糖对细胞免疫具有协同促进作用。
Objective To discuss the effect of polysaeeharides of traditional Chinese medicine and each single herbal polysaccharide and medicated serum on lymphocyte multiplication of mice. Methods Various polysaccharides of traditional Chinese medicines were prepared. After taking various polysaeeharides, mouse serum was separated and added into lymphocyte respectively to examine lymphocyte multiplication. Results All of the polysaceharides and medicated serum could increase lymphocyte muhiplication,and the total polysaccharide of Chinese herbal recipe and its medicated serum were most remarkable. Conclusion The serum pharmacology can reflect pharmacological action actually;single herb polysaecharide has the coordination action to the cellular immunity.
