摘要
煤矿软岩巷道支护问题是煤矿开采等地下工程支护中的一项技术难题,而巷道底鼓又是巷道围岩变形破坏的一种主要形式,大量的实测资料表明,在巷道顶底板移近量中约有2/3-3/4是由底鼓造成的,强烈的巷道底鼓不仅带来了大量的维修工作,增加了巷道的维护费用,同时,底板的稳定性显著影响着巷道两帮及顶板的变形与破坏,危及矿井安全生产。文章采用现场实测和数值计算相结合的方法,探讨了软岩巷道的变形规律及破坏特点,得出了一些规律性的认识,这对现场巷道支护具有一定的指导意义。
Soft rock mine roadway support is a technical problem in coal mining underground project support, etc. , and floor heave of roadway is also a major form in roadway surrounding rock deformation destruction, a large number of measured data showed that about 2/3 - 3/4 of roadway roof and floor approach caused by floor heave, strongly floor heave will not only bring a great deal of maintenance work, but also increase roadway maintenance costs, meanwhile, the stability of floor has remarkble impact on roadway deformation and destruction between two groups and the roof, endangering the safety of mine production. This paper adopt a combination methods of field measurement and numerical calculation, discuss on soft rock roadway deformation rule and characteristics of destruction, come to some systematic understanding, and it has certain significance in roadway support at the scene.
