摘要
目前人造大理石板产业的品质检测流程仍然停留在人工检测阶段,严重阻碍了该产业的快速发展。设计了一套基于机器视觉的人造大理石台板自动检测装置,并编制了台板表面凹坑检测程序,能够快速完成人造大理石台板表面凹坑的检测工作。
At present, the quality inspection process of artificial marble panels industry still remains in artificial detecting stage, which seriously hinders the rapid development of artificial marble panels industry. This paper designs a set of auto detecting device based on machine vision and compiles a detecting program for the surface pit. The device can complete the surface defect detection of the artificial marble panels rapidly.
