摘要 生物质能是可再生能源,在能源日益短缺的今天,开发利用生物质能具有重大的能源战略意义。为此,针对生物质成型燃料的燃烧特点,研究开发了高效洁净生物质锅炉,并且得到一定范围的应用。阐述了基础实验,为生物质锅炉的工程设计提供了可靠依据;论述了高效洁净燃烧生物质锅炉的结构特点及设计要点,并介绍了此类生物质锅炉的推广应用情况。实测及运行经验表明,新型生物质锅炉具有结构新颖、洁净燃烧、高效节能、低排放、出力大和长寿命等优点。 The biomass energy is a kind of reproducible energy. It has important tactic meaning to exploit and use the biomass energy today when energy sources are hard up. According to the combustion characteristic of the biomass briquette fuel, this paper studied and developed the biomass boilers by high efficiency and clean combustion. The biomass boilers were used in some areas. The base experiments offer credible data for the engineering design of the biomass boiler, the structure design and applied instance were set forth. The test and practice have proved that the new type of biomass boiler has some excellent qualities, such as new structure, cleaning combustion, high efficiency, energy saving, low pollution and durable etc.
