摘要
以大麦品种扬啤一号为试材,采用营养液水培,研究了外源腐胺(Put)对镍胁迫下大麦幼苗植株生长、SOD活性和同工酶谱的影响。结果表明,镍胁迫下大麦幼苗叶片SOD同工酶所有主酶带、根系SOD 1酶带增强,叶片和根系SOD活性显著提高。总之,Put通过增强SOD同工酶表达而调节SOD活性,增加大麦幼苗生物积累量,缓解了镍胁迫对大麦幼苗植株的伤害。
Taking the seedlings of barley (Hordeum vulgare L. ) cultivar Yangpi No. 1 as experimental material,the effects of exogenous putrescine (Put) on growth,SOD activity and isoforms were studied using the hydroponic method. The results showed that under nickel stress, all of the SOD isoform bands in leaves and SOD 1 isoform bands in roots strengthened obviously, and the SOD activities in leaf and root also increased significantly. Compared with the barley seedlings under nickel stress,exogenous foliar spraying Put induced higher SOD activity due to the strengthened SOD isoforms,enhanced the biomass of barley seedlings,and alleviated the damage of nickel stress to barley seedlings to a certain extent.
