摘要
针对目前中小施工企业人力资源管理中普遍存在的问题,我国中小施工企业应从建立科学系统的人力资源管理制度、强化人力资源的开发和培训、建立适合企业的激励机制等方面加强和改进管理。
According to the common problems in the human resource management in small and medium construction enterprises, to achieve better management, the enterprises should set up scientific human resource management system, strengthen the development and training of human resource management, and set up proper promotion mechanism.
