摘要
网络时代,如何迎接挑战、抓住机遇,是许多高校学报编辑同行与学者们所关注的。网络查新成为了高校学报编辑工作的新职责,要充分认识到网络查新在学报编辑工作中的重要性,同时还应增加学报学术维权这一新职责。这样,将有利于全面提高高校学报水平,维护和促进学术研究的健康发展。
How to face the challenge and grasp the opportunity in the network age is what many editors of the university journals and scholars concern about. The novelty assessment via network turns out to be the new responsibility for the editors of the university journals, thus the importance should be fully understood. And the protection for academic copyright should also be added to the responsibility of those journal editors. The above new responsibilities will work together to upgrade wholly the level of the university joumals, and to maintain and facilitate the healthy development of the academic research.
