摘要
目的探讨清开颗粒对亚临床肝性脑病(SHE)大鼠神经诱发电位的影响。方法以四氯化碳高脂低蛋白复合因素建立SHE大鼠模型。造模成功后分为治疗组、对照组及模型组,分别给予清开颗粒、乳果糖、生理盐水灌胃;并设正常组。分别于治疗前和治疗2周检测各组大鼠体表感觉诱发电位(SEP)的潜伏期(PL)和听觉诱发电位(AEPs)的PL、波间期(IPL)。结果治疗组大鼠听觉诱发电位Ⅰ波、Ⅲ波PL接近正常组(P>0.05),但明显小于模型组与对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组大鼠听觉诱发电位Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ波IPL接近正常组(P>0.05);与模型组比较,Ⅰ-Ⅲ波IPL差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ波的IPL差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清开颗粒能显著改善SHE大鼠的神经生理功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of “Qingkai Granule” on neural evoked potential in subclinical hepatic encephalopathy (SHE) rats. Methods SHE rats were duplicated by carbon tetrachloride( CCI4 ), high-fat and low-protein food. The SHE rats were divided into treatment group, control group and model group, and respectively treated with “Qingkai Granule”, lactulose and saline; normal group was set up. The potential latency(PL) of sensory evoked potentials (SEP) and the potential latency(PL) and interpeak potential latency(IPL) of auditory evoked potentials (AEPs) were detected before and two weeks after treatment. Results Waves I ,Ⅲ and PL of AEPs in treatment group were similar to those in normal group (P〉0.05), but obviously lower than those in model and control groups( P〈0.01). The IPL of waves I-Ⅲ, I -V and Ⅲ-V of AEPs in treatment group were similar to those in normal group( P 〉0.05 ), but the IPL of wave I-Ⅲ was higher in treatment group than in model group(P〈0.01) ; there was no difference in IPL of I-Ⅲ, I-V and Ⅲ-V between treatment group and control group(P 〉0.05). Conclusion “Qingkai Granule” can obviously improve nenrophysiological functions of SHE rats.
