摘要
本文重点对钢纤维硅粉混凝土的抗冲磨、抗冻融性能进行了室内试验.通过对钢纤维硅粉混凝土冻融过程中抗压、抗弯强度和弯曲韧性指数的计算,以及动弹性模量、失重率变化的测量分析,得到了其冻融过程中的宏观特性.分析了钢纤维硅粉混凝土抗冲刷耐冻融性能的机理.试验证明:钢纤维硅粉混凝土具有良好的抗冲耐磨能力和抗冻融破坏性能,在北方地区有抗冲刷要求的工程中,采用钢纤维硅粉混凝土技术是最佳方案.
Abstract This paper presents the erosion resistance and freeze thaw resistance properties of steel fiber silica powder concrete. The characteristics of this kind of concrete in the course of freeze thaw can be obtained by calculating the loss of strength. It analyses the mechanism of the erosion resistance and freeze thaw resistance properties of steel fiber silica powder concrete.The test results show that this kind of concrete is good in erosion resistance and freeze thaw resistance. It is the best choice for those projects which suffer from erosion and abrasion.
