摘要
针对电力系统在数据获取过程中的安全性与覆盖性问题,总结了电力系统数据获取与传输的特点与要求,分析了网络媒质与无线媒质的特点与不足,提出了采用电话数据录入系统作为电力系统数据报送补充措施的解决方案。该方法基于电力系统现有设备的特点,具有技术成熟、投资较小、操作简便等优点,是对网络数据录入的必要补充。
The issues of security and coverage in the process of power system data acquisition are picked up. The characteristics and the requirements of power system data acquisition and transmission are summed up. And the characteristics and the inadequacies of network media and wireless media are analyzed. The application of telephone data receive system for power system to solute data submitting is proposed. This method is based on the existing power system equipment. It is of the advantages of mature technology, small investment, easy to operate and so on. It is a support to net data receive.
