摘要
针对火电厂煤质波动大、难燃烬无烟煤比例大的现状,探讨了"W"火焰锅炉直吹式双进双出磨煤机制粉系统混煤的掺烧方式,进行了"磨内掺混,炉内混烧"和"分磨制粉,炉内掺烧"的对比试验,在负荷不高时,"磨内掺混,炉内混烧"和"分磨磨制、炉内掺烧"两种掺烧方式经济性相差不大,但在高负荷下"分磨磨制、炉内掺烧"方式优势明显,锅炉效率提高了1.79%。
Mixed coal combustion styles of "W" flame boiler double-in & double-out pulverizing system were discussed, which was aimed at the fluctuated coal quality and large portion of difficult burn -off anthracite coal. Contrast test was carried out between "mixed in mill, combusted in furnace" and "milled separated, combusted in furnace", in economy less difference between two styles under low load, however "milled separated, combusted in furnace" was obviously advantageous when under high load, which boiler efficiency improved 1.79%.
