摘要
通过对经过真空回潮工序和未经过真空回潮工序获得的片烟进行对比试验,结果表明,真空回潮工序可以明显改善片烟的松散效果、降低造碎率、改善烟丝结构、提高出丝率以及减轻卷烟杂气和刺激性,并且具有杀虫完全、彻底的优点,但也存在卷烟香气降低、烟碱和焦油量略有升高的缺点。
Through the contrast test to lamina obtained from different procedures, including the vacuum wetting and the general procedure, the author studied the influence of vacuum wetting procedure on lamina. The results showed：Vacuum wetting procedure could improve the loose effect of lamina, reduce the rate of broken, improve the structure of tobacco, increase the rate of the wire, reduce the miscellaneous gas and excitability of cigarette, it had the advantage of killing the insects completely and thoroughly, but it could also reduce the cigarette smell, and improved the amount of nicotine and tar.
