摘要
自主创新能力是体现一个国家和地区科学技术发展水平的重要标志,提升自主创新能力是建设创新型省份的基本要求,也是江苏实现经济发展模式转变的必然选择。本文通过构建指标体系,对江苏自主创新能力进行纵向与横向评价,指出了其建设的成绩与问题,并对其发展的动力机制和制度条件做了分析,最后提出了提升江苏自主创新能力的对策建议。
Capability for independent innovation is an important symbol of national and regional scientific and technological level, to enhance the capability for independent innovation is the basic requirements building of an innovation-oriented Provinces＇s. It＇s also natural choices for Jiangsu economic development model＇s change. By building system of indicators, this article carry out evaluation of the Jiangsu province＇s capability for independent innovation from both vertical and horizontal point of view, pointed out the achievements and problems of Jiangsu＇s capacity-building of independent innovation. And analysis the conditions of Jiangsu province＇s capability for independent innovation＇s development mechanism and system. Finally, put forward the to enhance Jiangsu＇s capability for independent innovation
