摘要
在国内单层衬砌应用较少,对于单程衬砌设计的研究就更少,因此有必要对单层衬砌的关键问题,如结构设计、防排水和主要的建筑材料等进行设计,以利于国内的推广应用。单层衬砌相对于复合式衬砌,具有工序简化、施工快速、经济合理等多方面的优点,在设计过程中应贯彻以下设计理念:①取消防水板,结构与围岩共同受力;②单层衬砌自身满足防水要求,达到二级防水标准;③单层衬砌作为永久结构,应满足耐久性要求。
Single-layered linings are rarely adopted in China while they possess many advantages as compared with composite linings, such as simplified working procedure, shorter time of construction, more economical and reasonable, etc. The following concepts should be implemented in the course of design: 1)Waterproofing membrane is canceled so that lining structure can work together with surrounding rocks; 2) Single-layered lining satisfies requirements of waterproofing by itself and reaches the second class standard of waterproofing; 3) Single-layered linings as permanent ones should satisfy the requirements of durability.
