摘要
半个多世纪以来,人工合成纤维素,始终未获成功。最近利用了能把纤维素分解成葡萄糖的纤维素水解酶Cellulase,作为人工合成纤维素催化聚合反应的催化剂。得到了分子量为6300,聚合度为22的纤维素,为寡糖链的合成开辟了一个新方法。介绍了生物纤维素及用纤维素酶合成的人工合成纤维素的研究进展。
Since more than half a century, it did not sucess that synthetize cellulase. In the recent, used cellulase that can decompose cellulooe to dextrose, as the catalyzer of catalysis andpoyInerization of synthetic cellulose, got the talulase of moecular weight 6300, poymeric degree22. It made a new methed of synthesis of olipechedde.The recent advane of research on cellulase and synthetic cellulase by celulase ware summarized.
