导线过负荷引燃能力的模拟实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 为了考查导线过负荷对不同可燃物的引燃能力,选择1.5、2.5和4mm2三种规格的铝导线在不同倍数过负荷电流条件下进行实验,测得导线温度并观察过负荷导线对火场中常见的棉布、阻燃管、防水板的引燃能力。通过实验得出过负荷导线引燃能力与导线截面积、过负荷时间、过负荷电流的大小的关系,并讨论了可燃物种类对过负荷导线引燃能力的影响。结果表明,过负荷导线的引燃能力与过负荷电流和时间成正比,而导线的截面积对引燃能力的影响是多方面的。为防止火灾发生,在建筑物中布置导线时要远离可燃物并要穿阻燃管铺设。 In order to check the overload - wire' s ignition capability to different combustibles, the aluminum wires of 1.5, 2.5 and 4mm^2 were used to experiment in different multiples overload current. From the experiment, the temperature of the wire in different overload current and the overload - wire' s ignition capability to cotton clothes,inflaming retarding pipes, waterproof boards were discovered. From these data, the relationship between the overload -wire' s ignition capability and the wire' s sectional area, overload time, overload current muhiples, combustible species were elicited too. The results showed that overload - wire' s ignition capability is proportional to overload current and time, but the effect of the sectional area on ignition capability is muhifaceted. In order to prevent fire, wires in the buildings should be paved in the inflaming retarding pipes and far away from the combustible materials.
