摘要
报道了一种用化学合成法制备ZnS∶Mn纳米晶的方法。制得纳米晶直径分别为3.0nm和3.6nm,紫外吸收峰分别在267nm和275nm,相对于体材料吸收带边的340nm有明显的兰移。310nm光激发的发射光谱峰值分别为579nm和582nm,表明Mn已掺入ZnS纳米晶之内。
A chemical process for preparing zinc sulfide nanocrystals doped with a manganese activator element are reported. The two particles of Mndoped ZnS are estimated to be about 3.0nm and 3.6nm in siges respectively. The ultraviolet absorption peaks are at 267nm and 275nm separately, which are blue shifted from that expected for the bandgap of bulk ZnS, 340nm. The light emission peaks of the ZnS∶Mn nanocrystals are at 579nm and 582nm with excitation energy 310nm. These spectra are evidence that the activetor has been incorporated into the ZnS particles.
