摘要
对几种有机／聚合物电致发光材料的能带结构进行了表征，设计了几种结构的器件，并对它们进行了性质比较．结果表明，通过各种材料间合理的能带匹配，可以获得综合性能较好的电致发光器件．
nergy level structure of several kinds of organic/polymer electroluminescent devices are characterized and devised, and compared with their properties. The results shows that a good performance devices can be obtained by matching energy band of materials.
