酚醛树脂基微孔活性炭的制备及表征 被引量:5

PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF PHENOLIC RESIN- BASED MICROPORE ACTIVATED CARBON

摘要 以酚醛树脂为原料,氢氧化钾为活化剂,采用炭化活化一步法工艺制备酚醛树脂基活性炭。采用TG-DTA、FTIR、N2-BET等表征手段对炭化活化过程、表面官能团、比表面积和孔结构进行了测试和分析。结果表明:碱脂比为21,活化温度为750℃,活化时间为60min工艺条件下制备的酚醛树脂基活性炭对亚甲基蓝和碘的吸附值分别为186mL·g-1和1417.96mg·g-1;所制备的活性炭以微孔为主,其比表面积为1667m2·g-1,孔容1.182cm3·g-1,平均孔径1.835nm。 Phenolic resin-based activated carbons were prepared from phenolic resin by one-step carbonization activation technology with potassium hydroxide as activating agent. The surface functional group, specific surface area and the porous structures of the activated carbon were analysed by TG- DTA, FTIR and N2- BET. The results show that, when the ratio of KOH to phenolic resin was 2 : 1 ,activation temperature at 750℃, activation time for 60 rain, phenolic resin- based activatied carbon has mainly micropores with surface area of 1 667 m2·g-1, pore volume of 1. 182 cm3·g-1, average pore size of 1. 835 nm, methylene blue adsorption of 186 mL·g-1 and iodine adorption of 1 417.96 mg·g-1.
