摘要
通过在现有的力量训练器材上加装位移传感器,并研发相应的训练数据实时采集与监控系统。重点介绍数据采集的基本原理、系统的硬件结构设计、主要元器件的选型、数据采集卡的接口和系统的软件设计等。该系统克服现有力量素质训练器材无法实时存储训练数据的不足,提高训练的自动化程度,为实时监控和评价运动员的训练效果提供依据。
The real-time collection and monitoring system of loaded weight training data was developed by installing a displacement sensor on an available weight training machines. It laid stress on introducing the basic principle of data collection, the design of hardware structure of the system, the selection of its main parts, the interface of data collection card and design of its software. This system makes up for the existing weight training machines' defect of being not able to store up training data simultaneous with training, enhances automation degree of training and can provide bases for real-timely monitoring and assessing athletes' training effects.
