摘要
介绍了基于UG软件设计电镀生产线的准则和方法,阐述了电镀生产线关键部件的具体建模过程及整体虚拟装配技术。利用所述方法可以缩短设计周期,提高设计精度,节省材料,消除生产线装配时发生空间布局干涉情况,为进一步研究电镀生产线的三维设计方法提供了参考依据。
Principles and methods for designing electroplating line based on UG software are addressed in the paper. The three-dimensional modeling processes of critical components and virtual assembly techniques of whole electroplating line are detailedly introduced. The methods above can shorten the design cycle, increase design precision, save material and eliminate components interference during assembly process. This study also offers a theoretical basis for further study on the three-dimensional design methods for electroplating line.
