南方红壤地区耐低磷柱花草基因型筛选 被引量:2

Screening of Stylosanthes guianensis Genotypes Tolerant to Low Phosphorus Stress on Acid Soil of South China

摘要 在盆栽条件下,采用低磷下产量和减少磷肥施用量后产量降低幅度2个指标,并结合低磷下磷吸收能力和利用能力,对我国南方红壤区种植的14个柱花草基因型的耐低磷特点进行了分析。结果表明,14个基因型中,Z13是比较稳定的耐低磷基因型,而Z19和Z29是较不耐低磷的基因型;与Z19和Z29相比,Z13之所以耐低磷主要是由于其在低磷下对磷的吸收能力比较强。 Tolerance of 14 Stylosanthes guianensisgenotypes, growing acid soil in the South of China, to low phosphorus stress were compared by using their yields at low phosphorus level and decrease degree of yield, and their phosphorus uptake and utilization efficiency were analyzed. The results showed that Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Z13 was tolerant genotype, and Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Z19 and Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Z29 were not tolerant genotypes. Compared with the two intolerant genotypes Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Z13 had higher tolerance to low phosphorus stress because of higher phosphorus uptake efficiency.
