摘要
在碱性介质中,KIO4氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,青霉素钠对该体系有增强作用。在最佳的实验条件下,青霉素钠浓度与增强的发光强度成正比,线性范围为0.01~20μg/mLL,检出限(3d)为3.0ng/mL,对1.0μg/mLL青霉素钠进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为1.2%。方法已用于粉针剂、合成样品及尿样中青霉素钠的测定。
It was found that the chemiluminescence produced by KI04 oxidazing luminol in the basic medium was enhanced by benzylpenicillin sodium. Under the optimum conditions, CL intensities are proportional to the concentrations of benzylpenicillin sodium in the 0.01 - 20 μg/mL range. The limit of detection is 3.0 ng/mL for Benzylpenicillin sodium and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.2% for 1.0 μg/mL Benzylpenicillin sodium ( n = 11 ). The method has been applied to the determination of benzylpenicillin sodium in the injections, synthetical samples and urine samples with satisfactory results.
