摘要
运用蒙特卡罗数值计算方法研究了均匀带电旋转椭球周围的电势分布,并将计算结果与电多极矩方法的解析结果进行对比.计算结果表明当场点与椭球中心的距离远大于电荷体系的线度时,两种计算方法所得结果的差异小于0.03%.
Using Monte Carlo simulation, this paper studied the potential distribution around a uniform charged rotation ellipsoid, and presented a comparison between our calculation results and those by electric multipolar moments. The results indicate that the difference of two methods is less than 0.03% when the distance between source and field point is much greater than the length of the charged system.
