摘要
以烟煤为还原剂对贫锰铁矿进行了磁化还原焙烧研究,最佳焙烧条件为:焙烧温度600~750℃,焙烧时间60min,原矿粒度0.300-0.150mm,还原剂粒度-0.500mm、添加量12%-15%;焙烧料最佳浸出条件为:浓硫酸用量180ml/kg原矿,浸出时间60min,常温浸出。在此焙烧与浸出条件下,锰的浸出率大于90%,铁溶出率小于5%,铁的回收率大于80%。
Magnetic reduction roasting of low grade ferromanganese ore is carried out with soft coal as a reductant. It is found that the best conditions for the roasting are as the following: roasting temperature, 600 - 750 ℃ ; roasting time, 60 min; particle size of crude ore, 0. 300 -0. 150 mm; particle size of reductant, -0.500 mm; and coal addition, 12% - 15%. The best leaching conditions for the masted material are as follows: concentrated sulfuric acid, 180 mL/kg crude ore; leaching time, 60 min; and room temperature. Under the above masting and leaching conditions, better results can be obtained such as Mn leaching rate of more than 90% , Fe dissolution rate less than 5% and Fe recovery rate of more than 80%.
