摘要
南通市作为江苏省一个中等城市,世界冠军、奥运冠军等竞技体育高端人才密集、持续地涌现,被誉为竞技体育的"南通现象"。通过分析"南通现象"的物质文化成因和体育自身因素,可以对竞技体育领域中的科学选材、业余训练、运动员培养方式和输送机制、运动员综合素质教育等方面有更为深入和全面的认识,对于探寻竞技体育改革发展之路完善举国体制优势也具有借鉴作用。
For many years as a medium - size city in China , Nantong has a high density of world champions. Olympic champions, and high - level professional athletes , which is called ＂Nantong Phenomenon＂ in competitive sports. The analysis of economic and cultural basis as well as sports aspects of this phenomenon can provide a more profound and comprehensive understanding of scientific： selection of athletes, amateur training, methods of athletes training and promotion , and education of comprehensive quality of athletes in competitive sports field, which offers references for the development and revolution of competitive sports and perfection of/be nationwide system.
