摘要
提出了一种基于IDEF0的柔性制造系统(FMS)建模方法,它能够全面而清楚地描述FMS的数据流、物料流以及功能活动之间的联系,可以保证设计的规范性和可靠性。以柴油机曲轴加工工艺过程为实例阐述了FMS模型的构建过程,并用IDEF0方法建立了系统的控制模型和功能模型图。采用IDEF0方法进行曲轴FMS功能描述,能够满足这一复杂的系统分析与设计的要求。
A method of constructing FMS mode! based on the IDEF0 is proposed. The method can comprehensively and dearly describes FMS data flow, material flow and relationship between function activities and may guarantee the standardization and reliability of design. The process of building a FMS model is explained by taking diesel crankshaft machining process as an example, and the IDEF0 is applied to establish the controlling and function models of FMS. Using IDEF0 to describe the function of crankshaft FMS could meet the requirements of analysis and design of such intricate system.
