摘要
通过钢纤维高强混凝土基本强度指标的试验和分析,研究了钢纤维类型及其体积分数对高强混凝土基本强度指标及其尺寸效应的影响.结果表明,钢纤维对高强混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度、弯曲抗折强度、抗剪强度等有较显著的影响,而对立方体抗压强度和轴心抗压强度的影响较小.钢纤维体积分数是强度指标的主要影响因素,钢纤维类型对其也存在不同程度的影响.提出了上述钢纤维高强混凝土基本强度指标的计算方法以及各强度指标间的相互关系,为钢纤维高强混凝土结构的设计与分析奠定了基础.
Through the experiment and analysis on the strength indexes of steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete(SFHSC), the influences of steel fiber types and volume fractions on the basic strength indexes and size effect were investigated. Results show that the effects of steel fiber are remarkable on the splitting tensile strength, flexural strength and shear strength of high-strength concrete(HSC) but lower on the cube compressive strength and axial compressive strength of HSC. Based on the statistical analysis for the test results, the calculating formulas of all strength indexes of the steel fiber reinforced HSC are put forward and the interrelations among the strength indexes of steel fiber reinforced HSC are obtained, which are useful to establish the foundation for the design and analysis of steel fiber reinforced HSC structures.
