摘要
目的对佛山市三水区牛栏岗出土的一具明代古尸骨骸进行人类学鉴定和塑化保存。方法依据古尸骨骸相关骨的骨性标志、牙齿磨耗程度特征和长骨的长度等参数,按邵象清、吴汝康等的人体测量方法,对古尸骨骸的性别、年龄和身高等进行鉴定;并采用生物塑化技术对该古尸骨骸进行塑化保存。结果该骨骸为女性、年龄为25~30岁之间、身高为152cm左右;经塑化保存一年多来效果良好。结论该古尸骨骸的鉴定和塑化保存对研究佛山市明代社会发展具有重要意义;生物塑化技术是长期优质保存出土古尸骨骸的有效途径。
Objective To identify and preserve the unearthed bones of Ming Dynasty in Niu Langang of Sanshui district in Foshan city. Methods The Anthropologic physique measurement established by Shao Xiangqing and Wu Rukang were used to identify the sex ,age and length according to the bonymarks, the teeth characteristics and length of the long bone. The biological plastication method was carried out to preserve the bones from the ancient tomb of Ming Dynasty. Results The human remains was a woman, 25 to 30 years old, about 152 cm height. The unearthed bones have been preserved in a good condition for more than one year. Conclusion The identification and preservation of the unearthed bones play an important role in studying the social development in Ming Dynasty in Foshan city and the biological plastication method is an effective way to preserve unearthed human bones for long time.
