摘要
针对目前我国农民工权益保护在就业、劳动合同、劳动环境与劳动时间、劳动报酬、社会保障与公共服务、权利救济等方面存在的诸多问题进行了研究。指出这些问题的形成既有体制、机制的原因,也与法律制定与实施及农民工自身素质存在缺陷有关,需要通过逐步消除城乡二元体制、加大政府工作力度、加强法律的制定与执行、提升农民工自身素质等加以改进。
At present, there still remain some problems in the protection of peasant-worker＇s rights and interests in China, such as employment, labour contract, work environment and hours, work reward, social security and public service, right relief, etc. The defects of the system and law in effect, the shortcoming of quality of peasant-workers cause these problems. In order to resolve these problems, we need to remove country-town dual system, improve government work, reinforce the making and carrying out of law and promote peasant-worker＇s quality.
