摘要
用电化学预处理法制备了新型的玻碳电极(PGCE),并在此电极上用循环伏安法和线性扫描伏安法研究了加替沙星(GFLX)的电化学特性。结果表明,在浓度为0.03mol·L^-1,pH为5.0的NaAc-HAc缓冲溶液中,电压为+0.20V条件下富集120s后,GFLX在+1.05V(vs.SCE)处产生一个灵敏的不可逆氧化吸附峰。氧化峰电流以与GFLX浓度在6.0×10^-8~1.0×10^-5mol·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测下限可达1.0×10^-8mol·L^-1。该电极可用于直接测定尿样中加替沙星的含量,与其他分析方法相比,结果比较理想。
A new electrochemically pretreated glassy carbon electrode (PGCE) was fabricated and used for the determination of gatifloxacin by cyclic and linear sweep voltammetry. Cyclic voltammetric studies indicated that the process was irreversible and fundamentally controlled by adsorption. With 120 s accumulation at +0.20V (vs. SCE), a sensitive oxidation peak was observed at +1.05V (vs. SCE) in 0. 03 mol·L^-1 pH 5.0 acetate buffer. The linear range was 6.0× 10^-8- 1.0× 10^-5 mol·L^-1. The detection limit was 1.0×10^-8 mol·L^-1. The PGCE was applied for the direct determination of gatifloxacin in human urine samples without any pre-treatment.
