摘要 目的:探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影对肾动脉狭窄的临床应用价值。方法:对60例临床怀疑继发性高血压患者行64层螺旋CTA,使用日本TOSH BA Aquilion 64层螺旋CT机。获得原始图像传送到Vitrea2工作站进行VR、MPR、CPR、MIP图像后处理。结果60例患者均获得了较满意的肾动脉CTA图像,清晰地显示肾动脉主干及其分支。结论:64层螺旋CTA检查作为一种安全、经济的检查方法,对于肾动脉狭窄的诊断具有独特的优越性,可作为临床上首选的检查方法。 Objective: To explore the clinical application of 64 multi-slice CT (MSCT) in renal artery stenosis. Methods: 60 suspected cases of secondary hypertension patients with 64-slice CTA, Source images were got by Toshiba aquilion VCT Scanner, all axial images were transferred to the Vitrea2 workstation. The reconstructed images were processed into volume rendering (VR) and multiplanner reconstruction (MPR) and maximum intensity projection(MIP). Result: 60 patients all were acquired the more satisfied renal artery CTA images,showing the renal artery stem block and its branches clearly. Conclusion: 64-slice CTA examination as a safe and economical judging method, it has a unique advantage in the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis and will be used as the preferred clinical examination
